Lacto-fermentation is an ancient technique used to preserve fruits and vegetables and enhance their digestibility. Lacto-fermented foods support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and aid digestion, they help boost immunity and they taste delicious. Come learn to make fermented salsa, pickled beets, kim-chee, raspberry “pop� and more.
